Welcome to the brand new collaboration section of GameIndustryMap. Going from 1,500 points to 40,000+ points in 12 months is a great way to show our dedication to user-generated content. Game Developers all over the world have been able to plug in their information and “get on the map.”
We decided to expand this idea, so we ask the question, is there something you feel would be interesting to get video game industry folks to collaborate on? If so, tell us!
We’ve been asked many times for a list of all the financial deals that happen in the video game industry. Needless to say, this list doesn’t exist, so why not collaborate and make it together?
To get it started, our team collected some of the information that’s out there on the net, and now we need your help to make it accurate & complete. It’s all shared here for free.
We also were asked how many MMO games there are in the world? So we started the official list. Please help us get it accurate and keep it live.
Only by working together is it possible to make major projects like these both accurate and free.
So please dive in and help, do some research for us, use your own knowledge, collaborate and together we can make some very useful data that we can all refer to.
